Adoption of Agreement. 1. Following approval by the Board and Local #357, the Board shall by resolution, adopt the agreement. The agreement shall become final when signed by the Presidents of the Board and Local #357.
Adoption of Agreement. Each party to this Agreement represents to the other parties to this Agreement that the person signing for such party has full authority to bind the party he/she represents and to sign on behalf of such party.
