Limitation of Agreement. This Agreement is limited to and includes only the work included in the Project described above.
Limitation of Agreement. Except as especially set forth herein, this Amendment shall not be deemed to waive, amend or modify any term or condition of the Credit Agreement, each of which is hereby ratified and reaffirmed and which shall remain in full force and effect, nor to serve as a consent to any matter prohibited by the terms and conditions thereof.
Limitation of Agreement. This Agreement is intended to be an agreement solely between the parties hereto and for their benefit only. No part of this Agreement shall be construed to add to, supplement, amend, abridge or repeal existing duties, rights, benefits or privileges of any third party or parties, including but not limited to employees or subcontractors of either of the parties. Except, where PROVIDER intends to meet its obligations under this or any part of this Agreement through a subcontract with another entity, PROVIDER shall first obtain the written permission of COUNTY; and further, PROVIDER shall ensure that it requires of its subcontractor the same obligations incurred by PROVIDER under this Agreement.
Limitation of Agreement. This agreement is valid only for the term of the current year show and shall not serve as any guarantee for exhibit space in any future year or for any other show produced by Show Management.
Limitation of Agreement. 3.1 This Agreement is effective for the purposes set forth herein and shall be limited precisely as written and shall not be deemed to (a) be a consent to any amendment, waiver or modification of any other term or condition of any Loan Document, or (b) otherwise prejudice any right or remedy which Collateral Agent and Lenders may now have or may have in the future under or in connection with any Loan Document.
Limitation of Agreement. The modifications set forth herein shall be limited precisely as provided for herein and, except as expressly set forth herein, shall not be deemed to be a waiver of, amendment of, consent to or modification of any other term or provision of the Credit Agreement or of any term or provision of any other Loan Document or of any transaction or further or future action on the part of the Borrower or any other Loan Party which would require the consent of the Administrative Agent or any of the Lenders under the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document. This Agreement shall not constitute a novation of the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document.
Limitation of Agreement. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, this Agreement shall not take effect or be of any force unless and until the Company has successfully raised a minimum of $750,000 as part of its currently filed S1 Offering, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. In the event that such Offering fails to raise this minimum sum, this agreement shall be considered null and void and of no effect on any party.

Limitation of Agreement. This Agreement is limited to and includes only the work included in the Project described above and as determined at the time the schematic plans and site utilization plans are approved. Any subsequent construction at the site of the Project, or at any other District site, will be covered by, and be the subject of, a separate Agreement for between District and the Engineer chosen therefore by District.
Limitation of Agreement. 12.1. This Agreement shall in no way be construed as the granting or conferring of a license or otherwise to either Party by the other directly or indirectly under any patent or patent application previously owned by the disclosing Party. Furthermore, nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted so as to oblige either Party to enter into any further agreements.
