ADMINISTRATION OF THE JOB EVALUATION PLAN. (a) It is the responsibility of all participants in the administration of the job evaluation plan to ensure that evaluations are conducted honestly, objectively and without bias. Each member of the JEC has an obligation to avoid any conflict of interest, real or apparent, and must declare any conflict involving the interests of other employees of the University with whom they have a familial, marital (marriage or common law), business or other relationship that might reasonably be construed as giving rise to concerns about conflict and bias.

  • Job Evaluation Plan (a) The Employer agrees that no job evaluation plan pertaining to positions covered by this Agreement will be introduced without the mutual agreement of the Parties.

  • Implementation of Strategic Plan Goals This Agreement supports the County’s Strategic Plan, Goal 1, Operational Effectiveness/Fiscal Sustainability. This Agreement will provide revenue reimbursement to the Department for services rendered.

The Implementation Plan shall not be filed with the Public Utilities Commission until it is approved by the Board in the manner provided by Section 4.9.

  • Recognition of Union Stewards and Grievance Committee In order to provide an orderly and speedy procedure for the settling of grievances, the Employer acknowledges the rights and duties of the Union Stewards.   • EVALUATION OF TEACHERS 1. All reports on the work of a teacher shall be in writing.

  • TEACHER EVALUATION A. All monitoring or observation of the work performance of a teacher shall be conducted openly and with full knowledge of the teacher.

  • COUNTY’S QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN The County or its agent will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract on not less than an annual basis. Such evaluation will include assessing the Contractor’s compliance with all Contract terms and conditions and performance standards. Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.

  • Implementation Program 1. The Borrower shall:

  • Quality Assurance Plan The contractor shall develop and submit to NMFS a contractor Quality Assurance Plan, as referenced in Section F.5.3, which details how the contractor will ensure effectiveness and efficiency of collection efforts as well as the quality of data collected by its At-Sea Monitors. The contractor shall further establish, implement, and maintain a Quality Assurance Management program to ensure consistent quality of all work products and services performed under this contract.
