Adjustment to Loss Factors. If Buyer or Seller has a reasonable basis for concluding that the Electric Metering Equipment is not accurately measuring losses between the Electric Metering Equipment and the Electricity Delivery Point, it may propose an adjustment to the Electric Metering Equipment by notice to the other Party. Such an adjustment shall be prospective only. The notice will include information explaining in reasonable detail why the loss factor appears to be incorrect. The other Party shall have thirty (30) days in which to approve or disapprove of the proposed adjustment, which approval may not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. A proposed loss factor adjustment that is not disapproved by notice to Seller given within the thirty (30) day period shall be deemed approved. The Parties shall cooperate in causing PacifiCorp Transmission to make an appropriate adjustment to the Electric Metering Equipment pursuant to the Interconnection Agreement.   • ADJUSTMENT FACTORS The Contractor will perform any or all Tasks in the Construction Task Catalog for the Unit Price appearing therein multiplied by the following Adjustment Factors. See the General Terms and Conditions for additional information.

  • Market Adjustments 22. Neither this Article nor any other in this Collective Agreement prevents the Employer from using other funds to increase a Member’s salary in response to offers received from other employers or to accommodate other market forces.

  • Second Year Wage Adjustment Effective July 1, 2020, all salary ranges and rates shall be increased by two and one-half percent (2.50%), rounded to the nearest cent. Salary increases provided by this Section shall be given to all employees including those employees whose rates of pay exceed the maximum rate for their class. The compensation grids for classes covered by this Agreement are contained in Appendix E-2. Conversion to the new compensation grid shall not change an employee’s eligibility for step progression increases.
