Additional Insured Status and Primary Coverage. Contractor shall submit to City an additional insured endorsement for its Commercial General Liability policy with coverage at least as broad as ISO form CG 20 10 for ongoing operations, and coverage at least as broad as ISO Form CG 20 37 for completed operations. For Auto Liability, the policy shall contain, or be endorsed to contain, additional insured coverage for the City, its officers, officials, employees, agents and volunteers. Any available insurance proceeds broader than or in excess of the minimum insurance coverage requirements and/or limits specified in this agreement shall be available to the additional insured. The requirements for coverage and limits shall be (1) the minimum coverage and limits specified in this agreement; or (2) the broader coverage and maximum limits of coverag of any insurance policy or proceeds available to the named insured; whichever is greater. The additional insured coverage under Contractor’s policy shall be ''primary and non-contributory" and will not seek contribution from the City’s insurance or self-insurance and shall be at least as b oad as ISO Form CG 20 01 04 13 and CG 20 38 04 13. This requirement does not apply to errors and omissions insurance. Any failure to comply with reporting provisions o the policies shall not affect coverage provided to the City, its officers, officials, employees or volunteers.

  • Additional Insured Status The City, its officers, officials, employees, and volunteers are to be covered as additional insureds on the CGL policy with respect to liability arising out of work or operations performed by or on behalf of Contractor including materials, parts, or equipment furnished in connection with such work or operations. General liability coverage can be provided in the form of an endorsement to Contractor’s insurance (at least as broad as ISO Form CG 20 10 11 85 or if not available, through the addition of both CG 20 10, CG 20 26, CG 20 33, or CG 20 38; and CG 20 37 if a later edition is used).

  • Additional Insured Status and Scope of Coverage The County of Los Angeles, its Special Districts, Elected Officials, Officers, Agents, Employees and Volunteers (collectively County and its Agents) shall be provided additional insured status under Contractor’s General Liability policy with respect to liability arising out of Contractor’s ongoing and completed operations performed on behalf of the County. County and its Agents additional insured status shall apply with respect to liability and defense of suits arising out of the Contractor’s acts or omissions, whether such liability is attributable to the Contractor or to the County. The full policy limits and scope of protection also shall apply to the County and its Agents as an additional insured, even if they exceed the County’s minimum Required Insurance specifications herein. Use of an automatic additional insured endorsement form is acceptable providing it satisfies the Required Insurance provisions herein.

  • Primary Coverage All insurance policies shall provide that the required coverage shall apply on a primary and not on an excess or contributing basis as to any other insurance that may be available to OGS or any Authorized User for any claim arising from a Contractor’s work under any Contract awarded as a result of this solicitation, or as a result of a Vendor or Contractor’s activities. Any other insurance maintained by OGS or any Authorized User shall be excess of and shall not contribute with the Vendor/Contractor’s insurance.

  • Additional Insurance Contractor may obtain additional insurance not required by this Contract.

  • Additional Insured Endorsement An Additional Insured Endorsement (CG20 10 or C20 26), signed by an authorized insurance company representative, must be submitted to the City to evidence the endorsement of the City as an additional insured per General Requirements, Subsection 1) above.

The coverage shall contain no special limitations on the scope of protection afforded to City, its officers, employees, or volunteers. Additional insured status for City shall apply until the expiration of time within which a claimant can bring suit per applicable state law. Any failure by the Contractor to comply with reporting provisions of the policies shall not affect its obligations to the additional insureds.

  • Additional Insurance Requirements The policies shall include, or be endorsed to include, the following provisions:

  • Family Coverage The employee’s cost for family coverage will be nineteen and one-half percent (19.5%) of the family rate for the employee’s Base Medical Plan. If the employee chooses a plan other than the Base Medical Plan, the employee’s cost will be the standard employee’s family rate established for that plan (i.e. the rate applicable where it has not been modified to be a zone’s Base Medical Plan). The employer shall pay the rate over and above the employee’s cost for the Base Medical Plan.
