Broader Coverage Sample Clauses

The Broader Coverage clause ensures that if an insurance policy or agreement provides broader or more comprehensive coverage than what is specifically required by contract, the broader terms will apply. In practice, this means that if the insured party secures a policy with more generous terms—such as higher limits or fewer exclusions—than the minimum stipulated, those enhanced protections automatically benefit the other party to the contract. This clause serves to maximize the protection available under the agreement, preventing the insured from limiting coverage to only the bare minimum and ensuring that all parties receive the full benefit of any additional coverage obtained.
