  • Initial Placement The issuance and sale by the Company of the Notes to the Initial Purchasers pursuant to the Purchase Agreement.

  • Initial Salary Placement Step Upon initial employment by the District, child Development Teachers and Family Services Leads shall be given up to 7 years of credit for prior experience in a full-time teaching position with a State or Federally funded program, where the number of days worked in any given school year were in excess of 135.
