Contract Administration Committee Clause Samples
The Contract Administration Committee clause establishes a designated group responsible for overseeing the management and execution of the contract. This committee typically consists of representatives from the parties involved and may be tasked with monitoring performance, resolving disputes, and approving changes or amendments to the agreement. By centralizing contract oversight and decision-making, the clause ensures efficient administration and provides a structured mechanism for addressing issues that arise during the contract's lifecycle.
Contract Administration Committee. Representatives of the Union and the District will meet at a mutually agreed upon date, place and time (normally once every month) for the purpose of reviewing the administration of the Agreement in force and attempting to resolve any other problems that may arise. These meetings are not intended to bypass the grievance procedure and shall not constitute an invitation to continuously renegotiate the provisions of this Agreement. Both parties shall submit an agenda of items they wish to discuss at least five (5) days prior to the scheduled meeting. If no agenda items are submitted, the meeting may be cancelled. Neither party shall have control over the selection of representation of the other party; provided, however, neither party shall have more than four (4) representatives.
Contract Administration Committee. 15.1 This article establishes a Contract Administration Committee for the purpose of administering this Agreement composed of a District Vice President, the District Chief Negotiator, the CHI/CTA/NEA President or designee, and the CHI/CTA/NEA Chief Negotiator. Advisors may be called as required but are excluded from voting and deliberation.
