Acting in Higher Grade. 5.5.1 Except as provided in 5.5.2, employees whose TRP is less than $83,139 (as adjusted by CPI for each year of this Agreement) who are required to act in a higher position, will receive the following payments: • For a period longer than two weeks, an additional 10% of their own TRP; • For a period longer than eight weeks, the higher of 10% of their own TRP or 85% of the salary applicable on appointment to the higher position; • For a period longer than twelve weeks, 100% of the salary applicable on appointment to the higher position.

Acting in Higher Grade. 14.5.1 In recognition of competency based progression up to the specified progression limits in each competency stream, no payment for acting in higher grade will be applicable for performance of any competency (irrespective of the qualification level of any competency) that is acquired in connection with competency based progression up to the progression limit. For example, where competency based progression is available, no acting in higher grade is applicable for the performance of any competency up to this level.

  • Rating The Notes can be issued without the requirement that they have any rating from a nationally recognized statistical rating organization.

  • Categories There are several separate categories of network components that shall be provided as UNEs by GTE:

  • Evaluation Rating The final summative evaluation level that is assigned to a teacher based on the holistic review of all Evaluation Factors, observed during the Evaluation Cycle. The rating shall be “accomplished”, “skilled”, “developing”, or “ineffective”. The final rating shall not be weighted in such a way that one (1) domain or component of the evaluation system has a higher importance than another, except that any area marked N/A shall not negatively impact the evaluation rating.

  • Industry Ratings The City will only accept coverage from an insurance carrier who offers proof that it:

  • Grades At the end of each semester, students shall receive a final grade report that shall become a part of their permanent record. Failure to complete the work specified in the course completion contract shall result in a grade of zero, which shall be factored into the final grade calculation with appropriate weighting relative to other course grades.

  • Grade The employee's grade level. (1-15)
