Upon commencement of the term of this Lease, Landlord and Tenant shall execute a written acknowledgement of the Commencement Date, date of termination and related matters, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit E (with appropriate insertions), which acknowledgement shall be deemed to be incorporated herein by this reference. Notwithstanding the foregoing requirement, the failure of Tenant to execute such a written acknowledgement shall not affect the determination of the Commencement Date, date of termination and related matters in accordance with the provisions of this Lease.
