Accumulation of Sick Leave for Part-Time Employees. Each employee who is regularly scheduled to work less than the full time 40 hour work week base shall accrue sick leave pursuant to Section 14.D.1 above, except that the sick leave accrual shall be prorated each pay period based upon the proportion of the hours worked within a pay period to the 40 hour work week base.
