Access to Stations. Give to Purchaser and its authorized representatives access during normal business hours to the properties, books and records of the Stations and the Stations Assets, and furnish Purchaser with such information concerning the same as Purchaser may reasonably request; provided, however, that Purchaser may not visit the Stations without the consent of Grantor, nor may Purchaser contact any current employee of Grantor without the consent of Grantor.

Access to Stations. During the term of this MOU, Arlington County and the Operator will have access to the approved Bikeshare locations at any time for the purposes of installing and maintaining Bikeshare equipment, subject to any requirements or limitations set forth in this MOU and the permit described in Article III.A.1. of this MOU.
Access to Stations. Upon reasonable prior notice from the Buyer to the Sellers, between the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, the Sellers shall give the Buyer and the Buyer's counsel, accountants, financing parties, engineers and other representatives and each of their respective agents, reasonable access during normal business hours to all of the Sellers' properties, records, employees, sales representatives, current and former independent accountants of the Sellers, in each case relating to the Stations, and shall furnish the Buyer with all information related to the Stations that the Buyer reasonably request. The Buyer's access under this Section 9.2 shall be exercised in such a manner as to not interfere unreasonably with the business of the Stations.

The Buyer's access under this Section 9.2 shall be exercised in such a manner as to not interfere unreasonably with the business of the Stations.

  • Access to Site 3.05.1 Contractor may enter and leave the premises at all reasonable times without charge. Contractor and its employees may use the common areas and roadways of the premises where it is to perform the services together with all facilities, equipment, improvements, and services provided in connection with the premises for common use. This excludes parking for Contractor’s personnel. Contractor shall repair any damage caused by it or its employees as a result of its use of the common areas.
