Access to Case Records. The Contractor shall grant the State shared access to all case records and other documents described in IC §§ 31-27-6-15 and 31-27-2-5 necessary for its license and monitoring by DCS. The Contractor shall grant DCS shared access to all such documents. During the performance of this Contract, the Contractor shall be responsible for any loss of or damage to these documents and materials developed and used to assist in the services provided while the materials are in the possession of the Contractor. The Contractor shall provide DCS full, immediate, and unrestricted access to such documents and materials during the term of this Contract and as necessary thereafter.

Access to Case Records. 2.0 Access. The Brazoria County Attorney Web Portal System (the “System”) provides electronic access to certain Brazoria County District Court (Civil, Family, and Criminal) and County Court (Civil, Probate, and Criminal) case records by way of an online information system. By entering this Agreement, Subscriber shall have access to the System subject to the terms and conditions stated herein.

  • Access to Records; Contractor Financial Records Contractor agrees that District and its authorized representatives are entitled to review all Contractor books, documents, papers, plans, and records, electronic or otherwise (“Records”), directly pertinent to this Contract for the purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts, and transcripts. Contractor shall maintain all Records, fiscal and otherwise, directly relating to this Contract in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles so as to document clearly Contractor's performance. Following final payment and termination of this Contract, Contractor shall retain and keep accessible all Records for a minimum of three years, or such longer period as may be required by law, or until the conclusion of any audit, controversy, or litigation arising out of or related to this Contract, whichever date is later.

  • Access to Records The Contractor and its subcontractors, if any, shall maintain all books, documents, papers, accounting records, and other evidence pertaining to all costs incurred under this Contract. They shall make such materials available at their respective offices at all reasonable times during this Contract, and for three (3) years from the date of final payment under this Contract, for inspection by the State or its authorized designees. Copies shall be furnished at no cost to the State if requested.

  • Access to Site 3.05.1 Contractor may enter and leave the premises at all reasonable times without charge.   • Audit/Access to Records The Contractor shall, immediately upon receiving written instruction from City, provide to any independent auditor, accountant, or accounting firm, all books documents, papers and records of the Contractor which are pertinent to this Contract. The Contractor shall cooperate fully with any such independent auditor, accountant, or accounting firm, during the entire course of any audit authorized by City. There will be no cost for audit expense for City request to the Contractor.

  • Access to Files 12.01 A copy of any completed evaluation which is to be placed in a nurse's file shall be first reviewed with the nurse. The nurse shall initial such evaluation as having been read and shall have the opportunity to add views to such evaluation prior to it being placed in a file. Each nurse shall have reasonable access to the file for the purposes of reviewing any evaluations or formal disciplinary notations contained therein in the presence of the supervisor. The Purchaser acknowledges that the Purchaser is and remains bound by that certain Confidentiality Agreement, dated as of April 21, 2015 (as amended from time to time, the “Confidentiality Agreement”), by and between Purchaser and GTCR LLC (“GTCR”). The information provided pursuant to this Section 7.02 will be used solely for the purpose of effecting the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and will be governed by all the terms and conditions of the Confidentiality Agreement.

  • Project Records ‌ As further described below, Project records include but are not limited to Grantee, financial, and voucher records. All Project records must be retained for a period of three (3) years after final payment under this Grant. All Project records are subject to audit pursuant to Section P of this Grant Agreement. Upon completion of the third year of record retention, the Grantee shall submit all Project records to CARB. Hardcopy of electronic records are suitable. Acceptable forms of electronic media include hard drives, CDs, DVDs, and flash drives. Other forms of electronic media may be allowed based on prior written concurrence from CARB.
