Login Credentials. Each set of login credentials for the Subscription Service may be used only by a single, individual Customer User. Customer agrees to promptly notify Smartsheet of any unauthorized access or use of which Customer becomes aware. Customer will be responsible for all use and misuse of the Subscription Service that occurs under Customer Users’ login credentials, and for any breach of this Agreement by any Customer Users.

Login Credentials. Customer is responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of its Account and for ensuring that its Users maintain the security and confidentiality of their login information (e.g., login id and password) associated with the User’s School Access User Account. Customer will immediately notify TpT of any unauthorized use or access to its Account (including any User Accounts) or any other actual or suspected breach, accidental disclosure, loss or theft of any login information associated with Customer’s Account. TpT will not be liable to Customer for any loss or damage arising from any unauthorized activity on the Account (including User Accounts), or any other failure to secure access to Customer’s Account (including User Accounts).
Login Credentials. You, the Authorized User, shall not share or disclose your log-in credentials with or to any other individual or entity, even if such other individual is also an Authorized User. If you discover or suspect that log-in credentials of any Authorized User have been accessed or used by anyone other than the individual to whom such log-in credentials were originally granted, you will promptly notify Selectron, and Selectron shall promptly reset or provide Licensee with a means of resetting the password associated with such log-in credentials.

Login Credentials. Customer and End User are responsible for all login credentials, including usernames and passwords, and Front shall not be liable for any damages or losses that may occur as a result of Customer’s failure, or the failure of End Users, to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. End Users are not permitted to share or use the same login credentials to the Services. Front reserves the right to refuse registration of or cancel passwords it deems inappropriate, in which case it will notify Customer of such refusal. Customer is responsible for notifying Front at xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx if it becomes aware of any unauthorized use of or access to its Customer Account or any End User Account.
Login Credentials. You will not share your Login Credentials and will reasonably and appropriately restrict access to your developer account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Login Credentials and will immediately notify us of any related breach or disclosure. You may not sell, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise disclose your Login Credentials or use Login Credentials for any other purpose than as authorized under this Agreement. You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date and accurate information (including a current e-mail address and other required contact information) for your accounts. As a condition to register and receive Login Credentials, we may require you to submit certain information to authenticate your identity. From time-to-time, we may require you to renew your registration for the Developer Portal.

Login Credentials. To access Online Banking, you must use the username you select and other means of access we provide from time to time (which may include, but is not limited to, touch authentication, single use authentication codes, or devices), together with your unique password. Your username, any other means of access we provide, and your password (“login credentials”) are confidential and may not be shared with any other person. Release of this information will permit full access to your accounts, including but not limited to account numbers, account activity, check images on your accounts, any personal information retained by us, and the ability to transfer or wire funds to and from your account(s). We reserve the right to change your password for any reason we deem appropriate, in our sole discretion, or to deny access to Online Banking for security or risk reasons, without prior notice.
Login Credentials. You will access and use Business Online Banking and certain other Services through the Bank’s website by logging in over the Internet. After your Application for such Services is approved, the Bank will send your Authorized User(s) a letter by secure email or regular US Mail with an initial Access ID, password (the “Login Credentials”) and enrollment instructions. Once enrolled, each Authorized User will be prompted to change his or her Login Credentials and will not be able to use the Services until they are changed. If any Authorized User does not log in and use any of the Services for a period of six (6) months, the Bank may terminate such person’s Login Credentials and authority to use the Services. Such person’s Authorized User status may be reinstated by submitting a new Application or Maintenance Request.
Login Credentials. Customer must ensure that each User keeps its login credentials confidential and must promptly notify Atlassian if it becomes aware of any unauthorized access to any User login credentials or other unauthorized access to or use of the Products.
