Access and Association Business. Duly authorized representatives of the Association shall be permitted access to District buildings for the purpose of transacting official Association business; provided that such access and transacting of Association business shall not disrupt or interfere with normal District operations as determined by the administration.

  • TEACHER AND ASSOCIATION RIGHTS A. Pursuant to the Public Employment Relations Act (PERA), the Board hereby agrees that every employee of the Board shall have the right freely to organize, join and support the Association for the purpose of engaging in collective bargaining or negotiation and other concerted activities for mutual aid and protection.
