Access and Association Business. Duly authorized representatives of the Association shall be permitted access to District buildings for the purpose of transacting official Association business; provided that such access and transacting of Association business shall not disrupt or interfere with normal District operations as determined by the administration.

Access and Association Business. The Association and its representatives shall have access to all District buildings where employees represented by the Association are employed, to the Administration Office and to all employees.
