Acceptance of Design. Upon completion of the Design Process, the County shall present Schematic Design of the Library Project to the Wake County Library Commission, for their endorsement of the library design. Following receipt of input from the Library Commission, the County will present Schematic Design to Town Council to describe how the Project will integrate with the Town Demonstration Project, and to obtain the Town’s endorsement prior to approval by the Board of Commissioners. If the Town endorses the Project, then the County shall present the Project to the Board of Commissioners for their review, input and final approval of design. This approval shall relate to proceeding with design and bidding process only.
