90 Language. 91 The reference language for this calculation of the control program proposal shall be English. For the 92 avoidance of doubt, where TSOs need to translate this calculation of the control program proposal into their 93 national language(s), in the event of inconsistencies between the English version published by TSOs in 94 accordance with Article 8 of the SO GL and any version in another language, the relevant TSOs shall, in 95 accordance with national legislation, provide the relevant national regulatory authorities with an updated 96 translation of this calculation of the control program proposal.   • Use of English Language This Agreement has been executed and delivered in the English language. Any translation of this Agreement into another language shall have no interpretive effect. All documents or notices to be delivered pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement shall be in the English language or, if any such document or notice is not in the English language, accompanied by an English translation thereof, and the English language version of any such document or notice shall control for purposes thereof.

  • English Language Learners The Charter School shall comply with all applicable federal laws and regulations relating to the provision of educational services to English Language Learners.
