Controlling Language definition

Controlling Language. The language of all communications in connection with this Agreement will be English. In the event that a translation of this Agreement is prepared or signed by the parties, the English language version will govern in the event of a conflict between the English language version and the translation.

  • Place of public assembly means a building used for social gatherings, religious purposes or indoor recreation by 50 or more persons;

  • Oral communication means any oral communication uttered by a person exhibiting an expectation that such communication is not subject to interception under circumstances justifying such expectation, but such term does not include any electronic communication;
