English Version. The parties hereby represent, warrant, acknowledge and agree that: (i) they have agreed that this Agreement be drawn up in the English language; and (ii) the English version of this Agreement shall govern for all purposes.
English Version. If this Agreement is translated in any language other than the English language, and in the event of a conflict between the English language version and the translated version, the English language version shall prevail in all respects.

INTRODUCTION IWWA aims to establish and promote Integrated Solid Waste Management systems (ISWM) in western African countries by empowering all stakeholders participating in the waste management chain, throughthereinforcement of institutional and legal frameworks and open transfer of knowledge and technology. This initiative requires high participation levels from the interested parties and focuses its activities on 4 target countries: Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Nigeria and Senegal. As a representative sample of western African countries, IWWA also seeks to provide synergies for the establishment of ISWM across the region while raising public awareness.
English Version. The version of this Agreement written in the English language shall be the only authentic version, regardless of whether a translation is made in any other language.
