00 - MANAGEMENT RIGHTS. The Union recognizes that the Employer has the sole and exclusive right, except as otherwise specifically limited by the provisions of the Agreement, to determine all matters pertaining to the conduct of its management of The Banff Centre, its affairs, and the direction of the Employer’s work force. The Employer retains all rights not expressly limited by the terms of this Agreement. Such rules and regulations established by these rights shall not be inconsistent with this Agreement.
