1999 Plan definition

1999 Plan means the Old National Bancorp 1999 Equity Incentive Plan, which was approved by shareholders on April 15, 1999.
1999 Plan means the Company’s 1999 Equity Compensation Plan.
1999 Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.07(c)(i).
