Acknowledgement of Full Payment of Compensation to Date. Employee acknowledges and agrees that, with the exception of the payments described herein, Pendrell has paid all compensation that it owes to date, including but not limited to base salary, commission, incentive compensation, and any other payments that may have been agreed-upon either orally or in writing. Pendrell also agrees to reimburse all outstanding expenses incurred by Employee prior to the Termination Date, based on approvals from Employee’s manager and standard Pendrell policies.

Acknowledgement of Full Payment of Compensation to Date. Executive acknowledges and agrees that, with the exception of the payments described herein and PTO pay to be utilized between November 1, 2003 and December 31, 2003, Captaris has paid him all compensation that it owes him to date, including but not limited to base salary, commission, incentive compensation, and any other payments that may have been agreed-upon either orally or in writing. Executive also shall be entitled to payment of any accrued but unused PTO that may exist as of the Termination Date. Captaris acknowledges and agrees that any and all compensation paid to Executive through the Termination Date shall not operate in any respect as an offset against amounts owed hereunder.

Acknowledgement of Full Payment of Compensation to Date. Employee acknowledges and agrees that Sarcos and its affiliates and agents have paid all compensation owed to Employee through the date Employee signs this Agreement, including but not limited to base salary, hourly wages, overtime (if any), incentive compensation, and any other payments that may have been agreed-upon either orally or in writing. Employee will be reimbursed in a timely manner for all outstanding and approved expenses incurred by Employee prior to the Termination Date in accordance with standard Sarcos policies. Employee acknowledges that Employee’s Company-sponsored health insurance benefits shall cease in accordance with the plan documents, subject to Employee’s right to continue Employee’s health insurance under COBRA.

  • Payment of Compensation Consultant shall submit to City a monthly itemized statement which indicates work completed and hours of Services rendered by Consultant. The statement shall describe the amount of Services and supplies provided since the initial commencement date, or since the start of the subsequent billing periods, as appropriate, through the date of the statement. City shall, within 30 days of receiving such statement, review the statement and pay all approved charges thereon.

  • Compensation to NCPS (a) Issuer Party shall pay or cause to be paid to NCPS for its services as the facilitator of escrow as outlined in Exhibit B, which may be updated from time to time by NCPS by providing written notice to Issuer Party. Issuer Party’s obligation to pay such fees to NCPS and reimburse NCPS for such expenses is not conditioned upon a successful closing.   • Form of Compensation Compensation for overtime shall be paid except where, upon request of the Employee, and with the approval of the Employer, or its representative, overtime may be granted in the form of time off in lieu of overtime hours worked.

  • Reduction of Compensation If the Firm fails to meet the submission date by less than thirty days for the draft report and/or working papers submitted to the Office of the State Auditor for review and approval or by less than thirty days from the completion date for the final reports and/or corrections to the working papers prescribed herein, the District may, with the consent of the Office of the State Auditor, reduce the agreed compensation by an amount not to exceed ten percent of the total contract price for the applicable fiscal year.
