Company’s Contribution. During Leave Without Pay - Where an Employee is absent on leave without pay, whether or not such leave is approved, no contribution from the Company shall be due in respect of that Employee in respect of the period of unpaid absence.
Company’s Contribution. If for any reason the indemnification provided for in Sections 11.3(A) or 11.3(B) hereof is unavailable to an indemnified Person as contemplated thereby, the indemnifying Person shall contribute to the amount paid or payable by the indemnified Person as a result of such loss, claim, damage or liability in such proportion as is appropriate to reflect not only the relative benefits received by the indemnified Person and the indemnifying Person, but also the relative fault of the indemnified Person and the indemnifying Person, as well as any other relevant equitable considerations. The Members agree that it would not be just and equitable if contribution pursuant to this Section 11.3 were determined by pro rata allocation or by any other method of allocation that does not take account of such equitable considerations and the equitable considerations referred to in Sections 11.3(A) and 11.3(B). No Person guilty of fraudulent misrepresentation shall be entitled to contribution from any Person who or which was not guilty of fraudulent misrepresentation.

Company’s Contribution. COMPANY shall provide to LICENSEE all Technology ('including, without limitation, all schematics and technical and other information) owned, known or possessed by it. Effective October 10, 2018, the Company’s required contribution on behalf of each member is 3.0% for employees with less than 10 years seniority, and 4.0% for employees with 10 years seniority or more, and 4.5% for employees with 20 years seniority or more, of the member’s Base Rate X the number of regular hours worked in a month. The number of regular hours worked included days of vacation and holidays that are taken within the month. The Company deposits the required contribution within 14 days of the end of each month.

  • Contributions Without creating any rights in favor of any third party, the Member may, from time to time, make contributions of cash or property to the capital of the Company, but shall have no obligation to do so.
