COMPENSATION AND PAYMENT TERMS. A. Subject to the satisfactory performance of the services required of Contractor pursuant to this Agreement, and to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, and following Contractor’s submission of an appropriate claim, and such other documentation that the County may require, County shall pay Contractor according to the terms set forth in Exhibit C, Terms of Payment. Contractor agrees to accept the foregoing payments as full and complete payment for all services provided pursuant to this Agreement, irrespective of whether the cost of such services and related administrative expenses exceed such payments.
COMPENSATION AND PAYMENT TERMS. (a) Contractor’s fees for the Services shall be calculated at the rate(s) set forth in Exhibit “A” attached hereto. The Maximum Compensation to Contractor for the Services performed under this Agreement is One Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand, Three Hundred Fifty-Five and 00/100 Dollars ($159,355.00). In no event shall the amount paid by County to Contractor under this Agreement exceed said Maximum Compensation without an approved change order.

COMPENSATION AND PAYMENT TERMS. Consultant shall be paid sixty-five dollars ($65.00) per hour starting February 1, 2008. Consultant shall invoice the Company and Company shall pay Consultant within 15 days of receipt of the invoice. Such payment shall be pro-rated should the Agreement terminated prior to the expiration of the payment period in which the Agreement terminates.

In no event shall the amount paid by District to Consultant under this Agreement exceed said Maximum Compensation without an approved change order.
COMPENSATION AND PAYMENT TERMS. The Consultant shall be paid $5,500 per month for the above services, commencing on the Effective Date. Consultant shall xxxx semi-monthly. All amounts shall be paid within 5 days of invoice. Consultant shall receive 500,000 shares of stock which shall vest quarterly over a period of one year. After such time, Company and Consultant shall agree to stock compensation on a go forward basis. 4EXPENSES:
COMPENSATION AND PAYMENT TERMS. Consultant shall be prepaid $5,000 per month until such time as parties shall agree by email depending on the needs of the company. Payment shall be made by wire to Consultant.
COMPENSATION AND PAYMENT TERMS. Consultant shall be paid $3,000 per month no later than the fifth day following the Effective Date. In the event the Consultant is requested to perform services outside the Duties required to maintain a public shell, the Consultant shall be paid at a rate of $200 per hour (“Hourly Services”). Hourly Services shall be pre-approved in advanced by email from any member of the Board of Directors.
COMPENSATION AND PAYMENT TERMS. The Client agrees that payment is due and payable within fifteen (15) days of the date of invoice. Lump sum portions of the contract will be invoiced based on an estimate of percent complete as determined by HE. Hourly portions of contracts will be invoiced on a time, materials, and expense basis. A 1 ½% per month interest rate will be applied to all unpaid amounts after thirty (30) days. HE shall also be entitled to legal fees necessary for collection efforts.
