Letter of Credit Administrative Fees. The Borrower shall pay to the Lender, on written demand, the administrative fees charged by the Issuer in connection with the honoring of drafts under any Letter of Credit, amendments thereto, transfers thereof and all other activity with respect to the Letters of Credit at the then-current rates published by the Issuer for such services rendered on behalf of customers of the Issuer generally.
Letter of Credit Administrative Fees. Letter of Credit Administrative Fees. Company shall pay all administrative fees charged by Xxxxx Fargo in connection with the honoring of drafts under any Letter of Credit, and any amendments to or transfers of any Letter of Credit, and any other activity with respect to the Letters of Credit at the current rates published by Xxxxx Fargo for such services rendered on behalf of its customers generally.
Letter of Credit Administrative Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Lender the amounts described in SECTION 4.3.
Letter of Credit Administrative Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay directly to each Letter of Credit Issuer upon each issuance of, drawing under, and/or amendment, extension, renewal or transfer of, a Letter of Credit issued by it such amount as shall at the time of such issuance, drawing, amendment, extension, renewal or transfer be the administrative or processing charge that such Letter of Credit Issuer customarily charges for issuances, drawings under or amendments, extensions, renewals or transfers of, letters of credit issued by it.
Letter of Credit Administrative Fees. Borrower shall pay to Bank, within fifteen (15) days after written demand, the administrative fees charged by the Issuer in connection with the honoring of drafts under any Letter of Credit, amendments thereto, transfers thereof and all other activity with respect to any Letters of Credit at the then-current rates published by the Issuer for such services rendered on behalf of customers of the Issuer generally.
Letter of Credit Administrative Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Issuing Lender, for its own account, upon each payment under, issuance of, or amendment to, any Letter of Credit, such amount as shall at the time of such event be the administrative charge and the reasonable expenses which the Issuing Lender is generally imposing in connection with such occurrence with respect to letters of credit. In addition the Borrower shall pay directly to the Issuing Lender, for its own account the customary issuance, presentation, amendment and other processing fees, and other standard costs and charges, relating to letters of credit as from time to time in effect. Such fees and charges are due and payable on demand and are nonrefundable.
Letter of Credit Administrative Fees. In addition to the foregoing fees, the Borrower shall pay to the Agent, for the Agent's account, such other administrative fees as the Agent customarily charges in respect of Letter of Credit transactions together with all telecommunication fees and other expenses incurred by the Agent in connection with the issuance or honoring of any Letter of Credit issued for the Borrower's account.
Letter of Credit Administrative Fees. The Borrowers agree to pay to the Agent, for the account of the Issuer, all reasonable administrative expenses of the Issuer in connection with the maintenance, modification (if any) and administration of each Letter of Credit issued by the Issuer upon demand from time to time pursuant to the Issuer's schedule of charges then in effect.
Letter of Credit Administrative Fees. The Domestic Borrowers shall pay all administrative fees charged by Lender in connection with the honoring of drafts under any Letter of Credit issued on the application of a Borrower, amendments thereto, transfers thereof and all other activity with respect to such Letters of Credit at the then - current rates published by Lender for such services rendered on behalf of customers of Lender generally, and Ronson Canada shall pay all administrative fees charged by Lender in connection with the honoring of drafts under any Letter of Credit issues on the application of Ronson Canada, amendments thereto, transfers thereof and all other activity with respect to such Letters of Credit at the then - current rates published by Lender for such services rendered on behalf of customers of Lender generally, to the extent not paid by the Domestic Borrowers.
