Other Grants. Only Employees, Outside Directors and Consultants shall be eligible for the grant of Restricted Shares, Stock Units, NSOs or SARs.
Other Grants. The Company may grant equity awards to you from time to time, which will be subject to the terms of the applicable equity compensation plan or arrangement in effect at the time of grant. The Compensation Committee will determine in its discretion whether you will be granted any such equity awards and the terms and conditions of any such awards in accordance with the terms of any applicable equity plan. You should be aware that you may incur federal and state income taxes as a result of your receipt or the vesting of any equity compensation awards and it shall be your responsibility to pay any such applicable taxes.
Other Grants. Any new Non-Employee Director who is appointed by the Board to fill a vacancy on the Board, or who is otherwise appointed or elected to the Board otherwise than at an Annual Meeting shall be granted, on the effective date of such appointment or election (the "Effective Date"), without the need for further action by the Board, an Option to purchase that number of Shares equal to 1,250 multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days from the Effective Date until the scheduled date of the then next Annual meeting (or, if such date has not yet been scheduled, the anniversary date of the then immediately preceding Annual Meeting or, in the absence of such date, a date approximating the date of the next Annual Meeting as determined in good faith by the Board), and the denominator of which is 365.
Other Grants. If any Research Project is funded by a grant from a governmental or other agency other than the NIH, the parties agree to comply with the terms of any such grant.
Other Grants. Employees and Consultants shall be eligible for the grant of Restricted Shares and NSOs. Outside Directors and Executive Officers shall not be eligible for awards under the Plan.
Other Grants. The School will receive their equitable share of the money the District receives through relevant State and federal grants.

The Committee may provide that instead of granting an Award to an Outside Director, such Award may instead be granted to an affiliate of such Outside Director. Other Grants a. The Land Manager agrees with the Authority to inform the National Park Officer immediately if the Land Manager has made any application for other grant aid in connection with management of the Work.

Other Grants. Landlord shall not mortgage or grant any lien or security interest with respect to the Property unless such mortgage or other instrument creating a lien or security interest expressly provides the mortgage, lien or security interest is junior and subordinate to Tenant's leasehold created under this Lease. Landlord shall not, directly or indirectly, grant to any person or entity any option to lease or purchase the Property or any portion thereof or any right of first offer, right of first refusal or other pre-emptory right with respect to the Property or any portion thereof that is exercisable during the first ten (10) years following the Commencement Date. Any such right exercisable thereafter, shall be subject to Tenant's rights under Section 17 below.
