Termination procedure in case of a breach causing serious or irreparable harm. In the event of a serious or irreparable breach of its obligations, or in the event of an infringement of the provisions of Section 6, the termination of the Merchant Partnership Terms and Conditions could occur ipso jure and without prior notice as of the despatch date of the notification sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, referring to the specific facts or circumstances that led to this decision. This termination shall not prejudice any claim for the damage suffered.
