Yoti Platform definition

Yoti Platform means Yoti's systems (including front end and back end) used in providing the Products including but not limited to the Yoti App, Doc Scan, Yoti Age, the Software, the Hub, Applications, Pages and Doc Scan Sessions.
Yoti Platform means Xxxx's digital identity verification system for exchanging Attributes including, but not limited to, the Yoti App, the Yoti APIs, the Yoti SDKs, the Dashboard and Pages.
Yoti Platform has the meaning given in the Yoti Org T&Cs.

  • We can withdraw the provision of any Third Party Service via the Yoti Platform at any time without giving you notice.

  • Yoti will provide Documentation (including an integration guide) to assist you with the integration process and use of the Yoti Platform.

  • This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties relating to the use of the Yoti Platform by you when this Agreement was accepted by you to the exclusion of any other agreement or arrangement.

  • Yoti warrants to you that your use and access of the Yoti Platform shall not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, provided your use of the Yoti Platform is strictly in accordance with this Agreement.
