Electronic Platform definition

Electronic Platform means such electronic and/or telecommunications facilities as may be approved by the Board from time to time that enable members to attend and participate simultaneously in a general meeting without attending a physical meeting place;

Electronic Platform means an electronic system for the delivery of information (including, without limitation, documents), such as IntraLinks On-Demand Workspaces™, that may or may not be provided or administered by the Agent or an Affiliate thereof.

Examples of Electronic Platform in a sentence

• Delivery of an executed signature page of this Agreement by facsimile transmission, electronic mail or by posting on the Approved Electronic Platform shall be as effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart hereof.
