Each Subscriber, by providing his or her information, including name, address and subscription amount, and clicking “accept” and/or checking the appropriate box on the Platform (the “Online Acceptance”), confirms such Subscriber’s information and his or her investment through the Platform and confirms such Subscriber’s electronic signature to this Subscription Agreement.
Subscriber acknowledges that it has read, understands and agrees to the terms and conditions, privacy policy and disclaimers on the Platform.
Subscriber acknowledges that Subscriber’s responses to questions on the Platform (as defined in the Offering Circular) are true, complete and accurate in all respects.
