Platform definition

Platform has the meaning specified in Section 6.02.
Platform means Debt Domain, Intralinks, Syndtrak or a substantially similar electronic transmission system.
Platform has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.01(d).

  • Each Subscriber, by providing his or her information, including name, address and subscription amount, and clicking “accept” and/or checking the appropriate box on the Platform (the “Online Acceptance”), confirms such Subscriber’s information and his or her investment through the Platform and confirms such Subscriber’s electronic signature to this Subscription Agreement.
