Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, whenever any Agent is required to deliver any notice or information to the Issuer under the terms of this Agreement, it may, to the extent the Issuer has access to an Electronic Platform, do so by making the relevant notice or information available to the Issuer or, as the case may be, its Authorised Representative via such Electronic Platform.
Note that some investment managers whose unit trusts are listed on the ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Offshore Investment Platform have country-specific restrictions regarding who can invest.
