Work Sector definition

Work Sector means the positions grouped in accordance with the list of Work Sectors. The University shall provide the Union with this list, including any modification and the dates of implementation of these modifications. The University agrees to post this list for the duration of the Collective Agreement and to update the list every two (2) months. The University determines the positions and the Work Sectors.
Work Sector means a localized portion of the project for purposes of specifying sequence of construction and shall be shown on the maps.
