Water Entities means Desert Inn Water and Desert Inn Improvement.
Water Entities means the Main San Xxxxxxx Basin Watermaster, the San Xxxxxxx Basin Water Quality Authority, La Xxxxxx Valley County Water District, San Xxxxxxx Valley Water Company, Suburban Water Systems, California Domestic Water Company and Valley County Water District, and, as to La Xxxxxx Valley County Water District, San Xxxxxxx Valley Water Company, Suburban Water Systems, California Domestic Water Company and Valley County Water District only, their respective successors.

  • Operating Companies means, collectively, the Creekside Operating Company, the Mentone Operating Company and the Yucaipa Operating Company. “Operating Company” means any of the Operating Companies.

  • Basin means a groundwater basin or subbasin identified and defined in Bulletin 118 or as modified pursuant to Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 10722).

  • Partnership Parties has the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble.

  • Bedrock means continuous rock that underlies the soil or is exposed at the surface. Bedrock is generally considered impervious, but if fractured or deteriorated, it may allow effluent to pass through without adequate treatment.

  • Water means the chemical element defined as H2O in any of its three natural states, liquid, solid and gaseous.

  • Company Subsidiaries means the Subsidiaries of the Company.

  • Water Main means (subject to Section 219(2) of the 1991 Act) any pipe, not being a pipe for the time being vested in a person other than the water undertaker, which is used or to be used by a water undertaker or licensed water supplier for the purpose of making a general supply of water available to customers or potential customers of the undertaker or supplier, as distinct from for the purpose of providing a supply to particular customers;

  • Seller Subsidiaries means the subsidiary partnerships of the McNeil Partnerships listed on Annex G to this Agreement (the "Subsidiary Partnerships") and the subsidiary corporations listed on Annex F to this Agreement (the "Subsidiary Corporations") which hold GP Interests in certain of the Subsidiary Partnerships.

  • Related Entities means contractors and subcontractors of a Party at any tier; grantees, investigators, customers, and users of a Party at any tier and their contractors or subcontractor at any tier; or, employees of the Party or any of the foregoing.

  • Participating Entities and “Participating Entity” are defined on the Coversheet.

  • Sponsor Entities means (i) CSL Capital Management, LLC, Ranger Energy Holdings, LLC and Torrent Energy Holdings, LLC and (ii) any of their respective Affiliates and any investment fund or other Person advised or managed by any Sponsor Entity; provided, however, that neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries shall be considered Sponsor Entities hereunder.
