Holding Entities definition

Holding Entities means the subsidiaries of the Infrastructure Partnership, from time to time, through which it indirectly holds all of the Partnership’s interests in the operating entities.

• However, income taxes are recognized for the amount of taxes payable by the primary holding subsidiaries of the partnership (“Holding Entities”), any direct or indirect corporate subsidiaries of the Holding Entities and for the impact of deferred tax assets and liabilities related to such entities.

Holding Entities means LATAM Holdco, NA Holdco, Euro Holdco, Investco and any other direct or indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of BRELP created or acquired after the date of the Amended and Restated Limited Partnership Agreement of BRELP.
