Holding Entities definition

Holding Entities means LATAM Holdco, NA Holdco, Euro Holdco and any direct wholly-owned subsidiary of BRELP created or acquired after the date of the Amended and Restated Limited Partnership Agreement of BRELP, which includes, as applicable, Investco.

Holding Entities means the subsidiaries of the Infrastructure Partnership, from time to time, through which it indirectly holds all of the Partnership’s interests in the operating entities.

Holding Entities means the subsidiaries of Brookfield Renewable Energy L.P., from time to time, through which it indirectly holds all of the Partnership’s interests in the Operating Entities.

• Unless the context requires otherwise, when used in this Form 20-F, the terms “Brookfield Renewable”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BEP, BRELP, the Holding Entities and the Operating Entities, each as defined in this Form 20-F, individually or collectively, as applicable; “BEP” refers to Brookfield Renewable Partners L.P.; and “Brookfield” refers to Brookfield Asset Management Inc.

• The Holding LP will own, directly or indirectly, all of the common shares or equity interests, as applicable, of the Holding Entities.

• References to “Brookfield Business Partners” means the partnership collectively with Holding LP, the Holding Entities and the operating businesses (but excluding our company).

Holding Entities means the entities that have executed this Agreement on Schedule A hereto and any other primary holding Subsidiaries of the Property Partnership created or acquired after the date of this Agreement through which the Property Partnership indirectly holds its interest in the Operating Entities, excluding, for greater certainty, any Operating Entities;

Holding Entities means Brookfield Infrastructure Holdings (Canada) Inc., Brookfield Infrastructure US Holdings I Corporation, BIP Bermuda Holdings I Limited, BIP Bermuda Holdings V Limited and any other primary holding Subsidiaries of the Partnership, excluding, for greater certainty, any Operating Entities;

Holding Entities means BRP Bermuda Holdings I Limited, Brookfield BRP Holdings (Canada) Inc., Brookfield BRP Europe Holdings (Bermuda) Limited, Brookfield Renewable Investments Limited and any other direct wholly-owned subsidiary of BRELP created or acquired after the date of BRELP’s limited partnership agreement.

Holding Entities means the primary holding subsidiaries of the Holding LP, from time to time, through which it indirectly holds all of our interests in our operating businesses, including CanHoldco, US Holdco and Bermuda Holdco;

Holding Entities means CanHoldco, Bermuda Holdco, BBCC, CanUSHoldco, BRPPE and FinanceCo and any direct wholly-owned Subsidiary of BRELP created or acquired on or after the date of this Agreement, excluding, for greater certainty, any Operating Entities;

Holding Entities means Xxxxxxxxxx XXX Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx XXX Xxxxxx Holdings Inc. and Brookfield BBP US Holdings LLC and any other primary holding Subsidiaries of the Partnership created or acquired after the date of this Agreement through which the Partnership indirectly holds its interest in the Operating Entities, excluding, for greater certainty, any Operating Entities;

Holding Entities means BPY Bermuda Holdings Limited, BPY Bermuda Holdings II Limited, BPY Bermuda Holdings III Limited, Brookfield BPY Holdings Inc., Brookfield BPY Property Holdings I LLC, Brookfield BPY Property Holdings III LLC, Brookfield BPY Retail Holdings I LLC and Brookfield BPY Retail Holdings IV LLC and any other primary holding Subsidiaries of the Property Partnership created or acquired after the date of this Agreement though which the Property Partnership indirectly holds its interest in the Operating Entities, excluding, for greater certainty, any Operating Entities;
