Violate definition

Violate shall have the same meaning as the terms “Violation” or “violate” in 45 C.F.R. § 160.103. All other terms not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned in HIPAA and its implementing regulations.

  • Violation means the failure of a structure or other development to be fully compliant with the community's floodplain management regulations.
