Terms Not Defined Herein. (a) All capitalized terms used in this Agreement (including in the recitals) or in any notice given under or in connection with this Agreement have the same meaning in this Agreement or notice as in the Facilities Agreement, unless expressly defined otherwise in this Agreement.
