Vesting Rate definition

Vesting Rate shall be the rate at which an Executive becomes vested in his or her Yearly Benefit Amount. The Vesting Rate shall be specified in an Executive’s Participation Agreement.

More Definitions of Vesting Rate

Vesting Rate means the rate set forth in certain Participants’ Joinder Agreements. In the event of a Separation from Service prior to Benefit Age, the Vesting Rate shall be multiplied by the Participant’s Accrued Benefit to determine the Participant’s Vested Percentage of the Accrued Benefit.
