Deferred Stock definition

Deferred Stock means a right to receive a specified number of shares of Stock during specified time periods pursuant to Article 8.
Deferred Stock means an award made pursuant to Section 8 below of the right to receive Stock at the end of a specified deferral period.
Deferred Stock means Stock to be received, under an award made pursuant to Section 9, below, at the end of a specified deferral period.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, references to delivery of certificates for shares of the Common Stock shall be deemed to refer to delivery of cash and the incidents of ownership of any other property held in the Deferred Stock Accounts.
