Vested Option Shares definition

Vested Option Shares means shares of EDS Common Stock the Grantee is entitled to receive upon exercise of the Option and fulfillment of any other terms and conditions applicable to the Grantee under this Agreement and/or the Plan.
Vested Option Shares means, at the relevant time of reference thereto, those Option Shares for which the Option are fully exercisable at such time pursuant to this Section 4.

Examples of Vested Option Shares in a sentence

  • The Option Period commences on the Grant Date and with respect to Vested Option Shares generally ends on the seventh anniversary of the Grant Date.

  • If there is no effective Beneficiary designation on file at the time of Grantee's death, or if the designated Beneficiary or Beneficiaries have all predeceased Grantee, the right to exercise the Vested Option Shares and to purchase shares of Common Stock shall be determined in accordance with applicable law.

  • Vested Option Shares may be exercised and purchased during the Option Period, until termination under Section 4 below.

  • All or a portion of the Option Shares may become Vested Option Shares on an earlier date as provided in the attached Terms and Conditions.

  • Vested Option Shares that have become exercisable shall remain exercisable throughout the term of this Option, except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement, including Article 4.


More Definitions of Vested Option Shares

Vested Option Shares is defined in Section 2.
Vested Option Shares as defined in Section 3.3(b).
Vested Option Shares means the Option Shares with respect to which the Option has become exercisable.

For purposes of this Vesting Schedule, the Vesting Commencement Date is _______________.
Vested Option Shares means the number of shares of Common Stock issuable immediately prior to the Effective Time if all Vested Options were exercised immediately prior to the Effective Time.
Vested Option Shares means the shares of Company Capital Stock issuable pursuant each option issued by the Company that is outstanding, vested and not expired immediately prior to the Effective Time, on a treasury basis (net exercise) and the exercise price is less than $0.20.
