Variable O&M Costs definition

Variable O&M Costs means those O&M Costs described in the line-items of the Base Case Project Projections entitled "Fuel", "Reverse Osmosis - Water Treatment", "Demineralizer/EDI/Polishing - Water Treatment", "Boiler/Steam Chemicals - Water Treatment", "Cooling Tower - Water Treatment", "Gas Turbine Gasses/Chemicals", "Waste Water Disposal", "Amnonia (SCR)" and "Electricity Usage Cost".
Variable O&M Costs means all Project Operation and Maintenance Expenses which vary with the amount of water extracted, conveyed and delivered during the applicable time period.
Variable O&M Costs means the costs incurred by Tacoma to operate and maintain the Project in accordance with the Project Agreement, and which are neither Capital Expenditures nor Fixed O&M Costs, and which costs vary based on the quantity of Project Water delivered to a Participant during an Operating Year. Exhibit B sets forth examples of the type of costs that comprise Variable O&M Costs.

Related to Variable O&M Costs

  • Variable Costs means the Train Operator’s costs which vary as a result of a Category 3 Disruption, a Relevant Cancellation or a Relevant Service Variation (as the case may be) arising directly from changes in train mileage including staff, maintenance, fuel or electricity costs, and the Variable Charge.

  • Variable Charge means the charge that varies according to kgtm and is calculated in accordance with the formula set out in paragraph 2.2.1, summed across all Services;

  • O&M Costs as defined in the Depositary Agreement.

  • Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including for office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance, advertising expenses, travel and supervision, salaries of contractual and temporary staff, but excluding salaries, fees, honoraria, and bonuses of members of the Recipient’s civil service.

  • Expense Fee As to each Mortgage Loan and any Distribution Date, the product of the Expense Fee Rate and its Stated Principal Balance as of that Distribution Date.

  • Expense Fees As to each Mortgage Loan, the sum of the Servicing Fee and the Trustee Fee.

  • Reasonable Operating Expenses means expenses that arise from the operation, maintenance and routine repair of the Project, including all payments and deposits required under this Agreement and any of the Loan Documents, and that comply with the requirements of 24 C.F.R. 232.1007, or successor regulation.

  • Operation and Maintenance Expenses or ‘O&M expenses' means the expenditure incurred on operation and maintenance of the project, or part thereof, and includes the expenditure on manpower, repairs, spares, consumables, insurance and overheads;

  • Annual Fees means the annual fees determined by the Council in terms of section 27;

  • Base Operating Costs means Operating Costs for the calendar year specified as the Base Year in the Basic Lease Information (excluding therefrom, however, any Operating Costs of a nature that would not ordinarily be incurred on an annual, recurring basis).

  • Controllable Operating Expenses means those Project Operating Expenses for which increases are reasonably within the control of Landlord, and shall specifically not include, without limitation, Taxes, assessments, refuse and or trash removal, insurance, collectively bargained union wages, electricity and other utilities. There shall be no limitation on the amount of increase from year to year on Project Operating Expenses which are not Controllable Operating Expenses.

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,

  • Cost price means the actual cost of an item or article of tangible personal property computed in the

  • Fixed Costs means costs which do not vary with consumption or volume produced;

  • Operating Expenses is defined to include all expenses necessary or appropriate for the operation of the Fund (or Class, as applicable), including the Advisor’s investment advisory or management fee detailed in the Investment Advisory Agreement and any Rule 12b-1 fees and other expenses described in the Investment Advisory Agreement, but does not include taxes, leverage interest, brokerage commissions, dividend and interest expenses on short sales, acquired fund fees and expenses (as determined in accordance with SEC Form N-1A), expenses incurred in connection with any merger or reorganization, or extraordinary expenses such as litigation expenses.

  • Base Operating Expenses means the Operating Expenses for the Base Year.

  • Start-Up Costs means all fees, costs, and expenses incurred in connection with establishing the State Mitigation Trust and the Indian Tribe Mitigation Trust and setting them up for operation. Start-up costs shall not include the cost of premiums for insurance policies.
