Variable Account definition

Variable Account means the account established for a member who participates in the
Variable Account is a separate investment account of ours into which purchase payments may be invested or Account Value may be transferred. The Variable Account is shown in the Schedule. "Variable Account Value" is the sum of the value of each Variable Sub-Account on a Valuation Date.
