Utility Director definition

Utility Director means the manager of Summit County’s Snake River Wastewater Utility or his designated representative.
Utility Director means the most senior employee of a Participant with authority and duty to direct, manage, and control operations of the Participant’s electric utility; or, if the Participant does not have an electric utility, the most senior employee with authority and duty to direct, manage, and control acquisition and use of electric power on behalf of that Participant.

Utility Director means, with respect to each Signatory Member with the exception of the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District (“BART”), the person having administrative charge of and responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the Electric System of a Signatory Member. In regards to BART, “Utility Director” means the person having administrative charge of and responsibility for the procurement of electrical energy for the operation of the BART transportation system.
