Utility Director definition

Utility Director. The director of the Austin Water Utility, or its successor department within the City.
Utility Director means the manager of Summit County’s Snake River Wastewater Utility or his designated representative.
Utility Director means the most senior employee of a Participant with authority and duty to direct, manage, and control operations of the Participant’s electric utility; or, if the Participant does not have an electric utility, the most senior employee with authority and duty to direct, manage, and control acquisition and use of electric power on behalf of that Participant.

Utility Director means the City’s Utility Director or such person who may be given the duties of the Utility Director under this Agreement by the City’s Manager.
