Relevant Director definition
Relevant Director means any Director or former Director of the Company or any director or former director of an Associated Company of the Company;
Relevant Director means, in relation to an annual general meeting, a Director, but excludes:

Relevant Director means an individual in respect of whom the registrar is required by regulations made pursuant to section 243(4) of the Act to refrain from disclosing protected information to a credit reference agency.
