USD Swing Line Loan Notice definition

USD Swing Line Loan Notice means a notice of a USD Swing Line Borrowing pursuant to Section 2.08(b), which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit D or such other form as approved by the Administrative Agent (including any form on an electronic platform or electronic transmission system as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent), appropriately completed and signed by a Financial Officer of the Borrower.
USD Swing Line Loan Notice means a notice of a USD Swing Line Borrowing pursuant to Section 2.08(b), which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit D or such other form as approved by the Administrative Agent (including any form on an electronic platform or electronic transmission system as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent),

Examples of USD Swing Line Loan Notice in a sentence

  • Each such telephonic notice must be confirmed promptly by delivery to the Administrative Agent of a written USD Swing Line Loan Notice, appropriately completed and signed by a Financial Officer of the Borrower, provided that the lack of such a confirmation shall not affect the conclusiveness or binding effect of such notice.

  • Each USD Swing Line Borrowing shall be made upon the Borrower’s irrevocable notice to the Administrative Agent, which may be given by telephone or by a USD Swing Line Loan Notice.

  • Swing Line Loan Notice means a notice of a Swing Line Borrowing pursuant to Section 2.04(b), which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit B.

  • Swingline Loan Notice means a notice of a Swingline Borrowing pursuant to Section 2.04(b), which shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit J or such other form as approved by the Administrative Agent (including any form on an electronic platform or electronic transmission system as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent), appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower.

  • Revolving Loan Notice means a notice of (a) a Revolving Borrowing, (b) a conversion of Revolving Loans from one Type to the other, or (c) a continuation of Revolving Loans as the same Type, pursuant to Section 2.02(a), which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A.

  • Swing Line Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.04(a).

  • Swing Line Loan Commitment means the commitment of Swing Line Lender to make Swing Line Loans to Company pursuant to subsection 2.1A(iii).

  • Swing Line Advance means an advance made by (a) the Swing Line Bank pursuant to Section 2.01(c) or (b) any Revolving Credit Lender pursuant to Section 2.02(b).

  • Swing Line Loans as defined in Section 2.6.

  • Swing Line Borrowing Notice is defined in Section 2.4.2.

  • Swing Line Commitment means, as to the Swing Line Lender, the commitment of the Swing Line Lender to make Swing Line Advances as set forth on Annex J to the Agreement, which commitment constitutes a subfacility of the Revolving Loan Commitment of the Swing Line Lender.

  • Swing Line Lenders means each of the Lenders that has a Swing Line Commitment on Schedule 2.1 hereto, or any successor swing line lender hereunder.

  • Swingline Loan Note a promissory note in the form of Exhibit H-2, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Swing Line Bank has the meaning specified in the recital of parties to this Agreement.

  • Notice of Swing Line Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(b).

  • Swing Line Borrowing means a borrowing of a Swing Line Loan pursuant to Section 2.04.

  • Swing Loan Note means the Swing Loan Note of the Borrower in the form of Exhibit 1.1(N)(2) evidencing the Swing Loans, together with all amendments, extensions, renewals, replacements, refinancings or refundings thereof in whole or in part.

  • Swing Line means the revolving credit facility made available by the Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 2.04.

  • Notice of Revolving Credit Advance has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.1(a).

  • Swing Line Note means the promissory note of the Borrowers substantially in the form of Exhibit C-2, payable to the order of the Swing Line Lender, evidencing the Swing Line Loans made by the Swing Line Lender.

  • Swing Loan Commitment means PNC Bank’s commitment to make Swing Loans to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.1.2 hereof in an aggregate principal amount up to $10,000,000.
