Swing Line Loans definition

Swing Line Loans as defined in Section 2.6.

Swing Line Loans means the Loans made by Swing Line Lender to Company pursuant to subsection 2.1A(iii).

Swing Line Loans has the meaning provided in Section 2.01(c).

Examples of Swing Line Loans in a sentence

• The Borrowers shall make all payments of principal and interest in respect of the Swing Line Loans directly to the Swing Line Lender.

• The Swing Line Lender shall be responsible for invoicing the Borrowers for interest on the Swing Line Loans.

• The Borrowers shall repay their Swing Line Loans on the earlier to occur of (i) the date seven (7) days after such Loan is made and (ii) the Maturity Date for the applicable Revolving Credit Facility.

• The Swing Line Lender shall be responsible for invoicing the Borrower for interest on the Swing Line Loans.
