Financial Officer of the Borrower definition

Financial Officer of the Borrower shall be the Chief Financial Officer, principal accounting officer, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer or Controller of the General Partner.
Financial Officer of the Borrower of any corporation shall mean the chief financial officer, principal accounting officer, Treasurer or Controller of such corporation.

  • A certificate, dated the Effective Date and signed by the President, the Chief Executive Officer, a Vice President or a Financial Officer of the Borrower, confirming compliance with the conditions set forth in the lettered clauses of the first sentence of Section 4.02.
