Swing Line Lenders definition

Swing Line Lenders means each of the Lenders that has a Swing Line Commitment on Schedule 2.1 hereto, or any successor swing line lender hereunder.
Swing Line Lenders means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Bank of America, N.A., Citibank, N.A., State Street Bank and Trust Company and ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Bank, N.A., each in its capacity as a lender of Swing Line Loans hereunder.
Swing Line Lenders means, collectively, Bank of America and U.S. Bank National Association, in their respective capacities as providers of Swing Line Loans, and any additional Lender approved by Administrative Agent and Borrower that has agreed to act as a “Swing Line Lender”, and any successor swing line lender hereunder; and Swing Line Lender means any one of the Swing Line Lenders.

Examples of Swing Line Lenders in a sentence

  • The Administrative Agent will promptly make any funds so received from the Swing Line Lenders available to the Borrower on the Credit Extension Date at the Administrative Agent’s aforesaid address.

  • Not later than 2:00 p.m. (Chicago, Illinois time) on the applicable Credit Extension Date, each Swing Line Lender may, in its sole discretion, make available its ratable portion of the requested Swing Line Loan (such ratable portion to be calculated based upon such Swing Line Lender’s Swing Line Commitment to the total Swing Line Commitments of all of the Swing Line Lenders), in funds immediately available in Chicago, to the Administrative Agent at its address specified pursuant to Article XIII.

  • No amendment to Section 2.22 of this Agreement shall be effective without the written consent of the Swing Line Lenders and the LC Issuer.

  • From and after the effective date of any such replacement, (x) the successor Swing Line Lender shall have all the rights and obligations of the replaced Swing Line Lender under this Agreement with respect to Swing Line Loans made thereafter and (y) references herein to the term “Swing Line Lender” shall be deemed to include a reference to such successor or to any previous Swing Line Lender, or to such successor and all previous Swing Line Lenders, as the context shall require.


More Definitions of Swing Line Lenders

Swing Line Lenders means, collectively, Euro Swing Line Lenders and Supplemental Swing Line Lenders; and “Swing Line Lender” means any Swing Line Lender.
Swing Line Lenders means, collectively, Citibank, N.A., JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Bank of America, N.A., each Person that shall become a Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 7.07 or Section 8.07 and, as to any Swing Line Lender, the term “Swing Line Lender” includes any of its Affiliates designated as such by such Swing Line Lender.
Swing Line Lenders means the Canadian Swing Line Lenders, the UK Swing Line Lenders, the Singapore Swing Line Lenders and the US Swing Line Lender.
Swing Line Lenders means JPMorgan Chase and any other Lender selected by the Borrower and approved by the Administrative Agent (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld) which agrees to act as a Swing Line Lender, each in its capacity as a lender of Swing Line Loans hereunder.
Swing Line Lenders means, collectively, the Revolving Swing Line Lender, the New Vehicle Floorplan Swing Line Lender and the Used Vehicle Floorplan Swing Line Lender
Swing Line Lenders means (a) initially Bank of America, and (b) any of the other Lenders designated by the Borrowers from time to time in a writing delivered to the Administrative Agent, provided that not more than three Lenders shall be Swing Line Lenders at any time.
Swing Line Lenders have the meaning specified in Section 2.7(a).
