Swing Line definition

Swing Line means the revolving credit facility made available by the Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 2.04.
Swing Line means the credit facility for making one or more Swing Loans described in Section 1.7 hereof.
Swing Line means the revolving line of credit established by Swing Line Lender in favor of Borrower pursuant to Section 2.04.

  • If Bank of America resigns as Swing Line Lender, it shall retain all the rights of the Swing Line Lender provided for hereunder with respect to Swing Line Loans made by it and outstanding as of the effective date of such resignation, including the right to require the Lenders to make Base Rate Loans or fund risk participations in outstanding Swing Line Loans pursuant to Section 2.04(c).

  • The Swing Line Lender shall furnish the Borrower with a copy of the applicable Committed Loan Notice promptly after delivering such notice to the Administrative Agent.

  • Without limiting the foregoing provisions of this Section 11.12 if and to the extent that the enforceability of any provisions in this Agreement relating to Defaulting Lenders shall be limited by Debtor Relief Laws, as determined in good faith by the Administrative Agent, the L/C Issuer or the Swing Line Lender, as applicable, then such provisions shall be deemed to be in effect only to the extent not so limited.

Swing Line means the revolving credit loans to be advanced to the Borrower by the Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 2.5 hereof, in an aggregate amount (subject to the terms hereof), not to exceed, at any one time outstanding, the Swing Line Maximum Amount.
Swing Line means the revolving credit facility made available by the Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 2.04. “Swing Line Borrowing” means a borrowing of a Swing Line Loan pursuant to Section 2.04.
