Swing Line definition

Swing Line means the revolving credit facility made available by the Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 2.04.
Swing Line means the credit facility for making one or more Swing Loans described in Section 1.7 hereof.
Swing Line means the revolving line of credit established by Swing Line Lender in favor of Borrower pursuant to Section 2.04.

Swing Line means the revolving credit loans to be advanced to the Borrower by the Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 2.5 hereof, in an aggregate amount (subject to the terms hereof), not to exceed, at any one time outstanding, the Swing Line Maximum Amount.
Swing Line means the revolving credit facility made available by the Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 2.04. “Swing Line Borrowing” means a borrowing of a Swing Line Loan pursuant to Section 2.04.
