Swing Line definition

Swing Line means the credit facility for making one or more Swing Loans described in Section 1.7 hereof.
Swing Line means the revolving credit loans to be advanced to the Borrower by the Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 2.5 hereof, in an aggregate amount (subject to the terms hereof), not to exceed, at any one time outstanding, the Swing Line Maximum Amount.

  • Each Swing Line Borrowing shall be made upon the Company’s irrevocable notice to the Swing Line Lender and the Administrative Agent, which may be given by telephone.

  • The Company shall repay each Swing Line Loan on the earlier to occur of (i) the date ten Business Days after such Loan is made and (ii) the Maturity Date.

  • The Administrative Agent and, if applicable, the L/C Issuer or the Swing Line Lender shall have received a Request for Credit Extension in accordance with the requirements hereof.

  • To achieve the full amount of a requested increase and subject to the approval of the Administrative Agent, the L/C Issuer and the Swing Line Lender (which approvals shall not be unreasonably withheld), the Company may also invite additional Eligible Assignees to become Lenders pursuant to a joinder agreement in standard form with substance customary for the industry and satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and its counsel.

Swing Line means the revolving line of credit established by the Swing Line Lender in favor of Borrower pursuant to Section 2.04.
Swing Line means the revolving credit facility made available by the Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 2.04. “Swing Line Borrowing” means a borrowing of a Swing Line Loan pursuant to Section 2.04.
