Swing Line Advance definition
Swing Line Advance means an advance made by (a) the Swing Line Bank pursuant to Section 2.01(c) or (b) any Lender pursuant to Section 2.02(b).
Swing Line Advance has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.1(c)(i).
Swing Line Advance means an advance by the Swing Line Lender to the Borrower as part of a Swing Line Borrowing.

No proceeds of any Loan shall be used to refinance any Loan (other than a Swing Line Advance).

Swing Line Advance means an advance made by (a) the Swing Line Bank pursuant to Section 2.01(b) or (b) any Lender pursuant to Section 2.02(b).
Swing Line Advance means a borrowing requested by the Borrower and made by Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 2.5 hereof and may include, subject to the terms hereof, Quoted Rate-Advances and Base Rate Advances.
