Swing Line Note definition

Swing Line Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to the Swing Line Lender, in the form of Exhibit A-2 hereto (as such promissory note may be amended, endorsed or otherwise modified from time to time), evidencing the aggregate Indebtedness of the Borrower to the Swing Line Lender resulting from outstanding Swing Line Loans, and also means all other promissory notes accepted from time to time in substitution therefor or renewal thereof.
Swing Line Note has the meaning specified in Section 2.11(a).
Swing Line Note has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.1(c)(ii).

Examples of Swing Line Note in a sentence

  • Upon the request of the Swing Line Lender to the US Borrower, the US Borrower shall execute and deliver to the Swing Line Lender the Swing Line Note which shall evidence the applicable Swing Line Advances to the US Borrower in addition to such accounts or records.

  • The Swing Line Note shall represent the obligation of Borrower to pay the amount of the Swing Line Commitment or, if less, the aggregate unpaid principal amount of all Swing Line Advances made to Borrower together with interest thereon as prescribed in Section 1.5. The entire unpaid balance of the Swing Line Loan and all other noncontingent Obligations shall be immediately due and payable in full in immediately available funds on the Commitment Termination Date if not sooner paid in full.

More Definitions of Swing Line Note

Swing Line Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to any Swing Line Lender or its registered assigns, in substantially the form of Exhibit C-3 hereto, evidencing the aggregate Indebtedness of the Borrower to such Swing Line Lender resulting from the Swing Line Loans.
Swing Line Note means the promissory note of the Borrowers substantially in the form of Exhibit C-2, payable to the order of the Swing Line Lender, evidencing the Swing Line Loans made by the Swing Line Lender.
Swing Line Note means a promissory note made by the US Borrower in favor of the Swing Line Lender evidencing Swing Line Loans made by such Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit C-3 (Form of Swing Line Note).
Swing Line Note means a promissory note in the form of Exhibit B-3, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Swing Line Note means a promissory note made by the Borrower in favor of the Swing Line Lender evidencing Swing Line Loans made by the Swing Line Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit B-3.
Swing Line Note as defined in subsection 2.4(b).
Swing Line Note means any promissory note of Company issued pursuant to subsection 2.1E to evidence the Swing Line Loans of Swing Line Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit VI annexed hereto.
