US Swing Line Commitment definition

US Swing Line Commitment means the obligation of the US Swing Line Lender to make US Swing Line Loans up to a maximum principal amount of $25,000,000 at any one time outstanding.

US Swing Line Commitment means the commitment of the U.S. Swing Line Lender to make U.S. Swing Line Loans in an aggregate principal amount at any time outstanding not to exceed $10,000,000.

US Swing Line Commitment means, as to the Swing Line Lender, the commitment of the Swing Line Lender to make US Swing Line Advances as set forth on Annex I to the Agreement, which commitment constitutes a subfacility of the US Revolving Loan Commitment of the Swing Line Lender.

Examples of US Swing Line Commitment in a sentence

• Schedule 2.03 and Schedule 2.04 shall be deemed to be automatically updated to reflect the L/C Commitment, the U.S. Swing Line Commitment and/or the Euro Swing Line Commitment of any Person that becomes the L/C Issuer, a U.S. Swing Line Lender or a Euro Swing Line Lender after the Closing Date pursuant to this Section 11.06(f).

• During the US Revolving Credit Commitment Period, the Borrower may use the US Swing Line Commitment by borrowing, repaying and reborrowing, all in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof.

• Each borrowing under the US Swing Line Commitment shall be in an amount equal to $500,000 or a whole multiple of $100,000 in excess thereof.

• Schedule 2.04 shall be deemed to be automatically updated to reflect the U.S. Swing Line Commitment of any Person that becomes a U.S. Swing Line Lender after the Closing Date pursuant to this Section 2.04(g)(i).

• The aggregate amount of US Swing Line Advances outstanding shall not exceed at any time the lesser of (A) the US Swing Line Commitment and (B) the US Maximum Amount less the outstanding balance of the US Revolving Loan at such time ("US Swing Line Availability").

More Definitions of US Swing Line Commitment

US Swing Line Commitment means, as to any U.S. Swing Line Lender, the amount set forth opposite such U.S. Swing Line Lender’s name on Schedule 2.04 (as such Schedule may be updated from time to time pursuant to this Agreement). The U.S. Swing Line Commitment of any U.S. Swing Line Lender may be modified from time to time by agreement among the Company, the Administrative Agent, and such U.S. Swing Line Lender. Schedule 2.04 shall be deemed to be automatically updated to reflect any modification to any U.S. Swing Line Lender’s U.S. Swing Line Commitment effected pursuant to the immediately preceding sentence.

US Swing Line Commitment means $5,000,000, as such amount may be reduced from time to time in the sole discretion of the US Swing Line Lender.

US Swing Line Commitment means the maximum amount of the US Swing Line which the US Swing Line Lender has agreed to make available to the US Borrower pursuant to the US Swing Line as set out opposite its name under “US Swing Line Commitment” in Schedule 1, as such amount may be changed from time to time pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, including pursuant to Section 10.4.

US Swing Line Commitment means, with respect to the US Swing Line Lender, the amount set forth opposite its name on Schedule I hereto under the caption “US Swing Line Commitment” or, if the US Swing Line Lender has entered into an Assignment and Acceptance, set forth for the US Swing Line Lender in the Register maintained by the Applicable Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 10.08(d) as the US Swing Line Lender’s “US Swing Line Commitment”, as such amount may be reduced at or prior to such time pursuant to Section 2.05.

US Swing Line Commitment means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) $20,000,000 and (b) the aggregate Unused Revolving Commitments.

US Swing Line Commitment means the obligation of the Swing Line Lender to make U.S. Swing Line Loans in an aggregate amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed the amount set forth opposite the Swing Line Lender’s name on Schedule 1.01 hereto under the caption “U.S. Swing Line Commitment”, as the same may be changed from time to time in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and/or any applicable Assignment and Assumption. The U.S. Swing Line Commitment is part of, and not in addition to, the Revolving A Credit Commitments.
